Matt is the co-pastor of City Church Manchester which he helped to plant in 2014. He loves to develop and invest in leaders, and he coordinates Gospel Coaching for pastors and ministry leaders across the UK.

Women's coaching
is growing rapidly

Sian coordinates Women's Coaching in the UK, as an experienced coach herself she supports, trains and deploys female coaches.

SIân and her husband Steven replanted Cornerstone Church Liverpool in 2009 which has become a Collective of five churches. Siân has been a high School teacher for the majority of her working life, but more recently has taken a post with the FIEC supporting church planters’ wives, a role that complements her role at CMM well.

Director of coaching in Italy

Fabio Micco is the Executive Ministry Director of Italy for Christ and the founding pastor of Brindisi Tabernacle (Italy). With a strong background in business administration and leadership, he has served as an Executive Director for various international ministries over the past decade. A dynamic speaker and coach, Fabio is passionate about equipping leaders and expanding the reach of the Gospel.

Yalexis Sanchez

Director of coaching in Cuba

He currently serves as a facilitator in the Church Planting Network in Havana, is a professor at the Seminary, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Evangelical Convention of Cuba “Los Pinos Neuvos”.

Olivia is the director of women's coaching in the United States. She is a passionate and experienced coach who has developed a network of high quality female coaches to serve the church where needed.

Dr Tom Wood

Prior to starting CMM in 2004, Dr. Tom Wood was founding director of the North GA Church Planting Network (renamed Metro Atlanta Collective). He also served as Director of Church Planting for a church-planting network (PMI) in Atlanta. He has planted and pastored two churches. He earned his Doctorate from RTS (Orlando) and is author of Vital Grace: Getting Everything for Nothing, Gospelling Life Together, The Church Planter Field Manual 4 book series, and co-author of Gospel Coach.
