The Gospel is central to Gospel Coaching as the role of the coach is help the leader see their situation from a Gospel perspective and thereby have clarity on how they ought to move forward in the most healthy way. Coaches will help leaders thrive in their ministry contexts and support them in achieving their objectives, however the primary concern of the coach is the health of the leader and the leader's family. Coaches will ask the questions no one else will.
“Gospel coaching has been one of the most helpful, beneficial and encouraging experiences I have ever had as a pastor. Coaching has brought a direct spiritual and practical benefit both to my life as a disciple of Jesus and to my leadership role in our church. I never knew how much I needed a coach until I had one; now I never again want to be without one!”
"We met a number of times over many months at a challenging time for me. His openness to listen, reflect, probe, speak into situations and provide food for thought was all beneficial to me. I was thankful for the wide variety of areas we talked about - ministry & personal, and the helpfulness of every conversation.
I am thankful for Gospel Coaching, and increasingly find myself commending it to others.
