Over three days, participants deep dive into the unique features of Gospel Coaching. Working through the CROSS coaching method, they learn to structure intentional conversations with coachees to help them apply the gospel to all aspects of life.
Clear Methodology
The course thoroughly explores the CROSS coaching method – an intentional conversation helping leaders apply the gospel to their unique situation.
Practical and interactive Teaching
The course includes front-led teaching and seminar discussions in small groups. Participants then have time to practically apply the learned skills, by coaching fellow participants.
360 Evaluations included
360 evaluations and peer to peer evaluations are used throughout the process to give precise and rounded feedback.
Ministry Applied Teaching
