Participants then have time to practically apply the learned skills, by coaching fellow participants.360 evaluations and peer to peer evaluations are used throughout the process to give precise and rounded feedback.

This course will teach you the foundations of the CROSS coaching method - an intentional conversation helping leaders apply the gospel to gain leadership clarity. This course is delivered online over six sessions. 9am–12.30pm starting 15/10.
