Itinerary for the training course

The Course Structure<ol><li>Three-day course to learn CROSS coaching method.</li><li>Six practice sessions or “trihorts” with course participants and facilitator.</li><li>Six practice sessions with a person of your choice followed by a 360° evaluation.</li></ol>Teaching Methodology:The course includes front-led teaching and seminar discussions in small groups. Participants then have time to practically apply the learned skills, by coaching fellow participants.360 evaluations and peer to peer evaluations are used throughout the process to give precise and rounded feedback.The three day intensive will take place in Manchester, and the course does not include accommodation or meals.
