Since 2019 Gospel Coaching has strongly taken root in the UK. Over the last five years we have seen 151 leaders pass through the Foundations Training, and with 23 of them women, we are delighted to have recruited Sian Robinson to coordinate women’s coaching. The goal of Gospel Coaching UK is to establish coaching as a vital and normal part of any organisation or denomination’s leadership eco-system. So far we have engaged representatives from 17 different networks and denominations across the UK, and we have seen a significant interest in a number of large networks who want to partner with us to build Gospel Coaching into their organisational infrastructure. Since the launch of Gospel Coaching UK we have seen over 240 leaders participate in coaching relationships. Our great prayer request is for God to provide wisdom and resources to allow us to scale proportionally to the momentum he has blessed us with.
