The structure is based off the CROSS model, but once the foundations of this framework have been mastered the journey to go deeper begins.

Introduction to advanced coaching skills

This course touches upon many of the key concepts and tools covered in the Gospel Coaching Foundations Course, but supplements those with advanced tools to challenge and upskill coaches in their practice. The course is structured around the CROSS conversation and focuses on additional tools, questions and concepts that can enhance a Gospel Coach’s impact in a coaching session.
